Ke Xin Yao, Professor

Ke Xin Yao, Ph.D. in Engineering, joined the School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering/Institute of Advanced Interdisciplinary Studies at Chongqing University in 2019, supported by the "Chongqing University Hundred Talents Program". He completed his consecutive bachelor's and master's degrees in Chemical Engineering at Tianjin University from 1996 to 2003 and obtained his Ph.D. from the Department of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering at the National University of Singapore (NUS) in 2010. From 2010 to 2019, he worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher and later as a Research Scientist at the Advanced Membranes and Porous Materials Center at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST) in Saudi Arabia.

To date, he has published over 70+ academic papers in prestigious journals such as Nature Materials, Journal of the American Chemical Society, Angewandte Chemie International Edition, Chemistry of Materials, and Energy & Environmental Science (EES), with total citations exceeding 6,300.
